Belfius Immo is een 100% dochtervennootschap van Belfius Bank en maakt als dusdanig deel uit van de Groep \u2018Belfius Bank & Verzekeringen\u2019.<\/p>\n

Om haar vastgoedontwikkelingen de nodige flexibiliteit te garanderen, veerkracht te geven, werden deze ondergebracht in een onafhankelijke vennootschap. Zo beschikt Belfius Immo over haar eigen medewerkers, Raad van Bestuur die volledig onafhankelijk van de Groep haar eigen beslissingen kan nemen. En dewelke ad hoc in functie van de noodzaak kan bijeengeroepen worden voor het nemen van beslissingen, dikwijls noodzakelijk en onontbeerlijk bij deze activiteit.<\/p>\n

Zo staan het management en de leden van de Raad van Bestuur in nauw contact met elkaar zodat beslissingen snel kunnen genomen worden.<\/p>\n

The architecture for Komet was realised by Binst Architects and Areal Architects. The principal zoning plan for the site will be residential, with a variety of houses and apartments in different types and sizes. Most houses will be built around the central park. The apartments will be located in a series of interlinked buildings between the park and the waterway, with a number of high-end penthouses being constructed that offer unique views of the canal. There are also plans to create accredited assisted-living homes for the elderly.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
